Search Scamdex & Scamalot
An Email with the Subject "Please note!" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Mon, 19 Oct 2009 08:08:41 -0700 and has been classified as a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam Email. The sender shows as "admin" <admin@scamdex.com>.
The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.
Attention! On October 22, 2009 server upgrade will take place. Due to this the system may be offline for approximately half an hour. The changes will concern security, reliability and performance of mail service and the system as a whole. For compatibility of your browsers and mail clients with upgraded server software you should run SSl certificates update procedure. This procedure is quite simple. All you have to do is just to click the link provided, to save the patch file and then to run it from your computer location.
