RESPONSIBILITIES :
Farm Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, monitoring, coordinating and managing all the activities of a farm.
Planning finances, salary and to maintain farm production progress against budget parameters;
Practical activities such as: giving instructions and delegating authority to other supervisors and field workers.
Marketing the farm's products/proceeds and goods and services. Etc.
As the livestock farm supervisor, you will be proficient and well-versed in some aspects of my private business service. You will mostly be available for guiding and supervising the Livestock Farm yard. It is often a hands-on role and a good supervisor should be willing and able to step into other people's roles should the occasion arise, to ensure that any workers absence do not affect the smooth running of the livestock farm house and make sure things are going well in the farm house.
NOTE: Selected candidates will undergoes few weeks orientation training in arrival to the Canada to enlighten them on what the work is all about and roles expected.
