An Email with the Subject "Dear Urquhart," was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sat, 18 Feb 2006 06:01:36 -0800 and has been classified as a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam Email. The sender shows as sador burr <baris_sad1976@yahoo.ca>.

The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.

Dear Urquhart,
 
I am  Sador Burr,a solicitor at law,personal attorney to Mr.George S.Urquhart,a national of your country,who worked with Shell development Company in Lome Togo. Here in after shall be referred to as my client. On the 21st of April 2000, my client,his wife and their only daughter were involved in a car accident along Nouvissi express Road.
 
All occupants of the vehicle unfortunately lost there lives. Since then I have made several enquiries to locate any of my clients extended relatives,this has also prooved unsuccessful.
 
After these several unsuccessful attempts,to locate any member of his family hence,I contacted  you to assist in repartrating the fund valued at (US$9 million)left behind by my client before it gets confisicated or declared unserviceable by the BANK where this huge amount were deposited. The said BANK in LOME-TOGO has iss! ued me a notice to provide the next of kin or have his account confisicated within the next twenty one official working days.
 
Since I have been unsuccesfull in locating the relatives for over 2 years now,I seek the consent to present you as the next of kin to the deceased since you are a FOREIGNER and have the same NATIONALITY,so that the proceeds of this account can be paid to you.Therefore, on receipt of your positive  response, we shall then discuss the sharing ratio and modalities
for transfer.
