and has been classified as a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam Email.
The sender shows as blessed brown <brown_blessed@hotmail.com>.
The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in
this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be
added to their email address lists for spam purposes.

The banking law and guidelines here stipulates that such money remained after five years the money will be transferred into banking treasury as unclaimed funds. I agreed that 35% of this money would be for you as foreign partner and for your assistance, while the balance will be for my investment in your country. I will visit your country for the disbursement according to the percentages indicated above once this money gets into your account.
