Dear Sir,
 

I am REMI BABALOLA the newly appointed honourable minister of state for finance and the chairman 
PRESIDENTIAL COMMITTEE ON FOREIGN CONTRACT AND INHERITANCE FUND VERIFICATION AND 
RECONCILIATION,while I was going through some outstanding payment files that I inherited from my 
predicessor,I found yours payment file amongst others and when I tried to find out why you have not 
been paid,I discovered that you were unable to adhere to due process of then administration and 
that resulted to delay in your payment.
 
 

I have therefore decided to let you be informed that all the fees you are surposed to pay before 
receiving your contract fund have been waived off. You are to contact PAYMASTER GENERAL/DIRECTOR 
FORIEGN CREDIT DEPT. (FMF) CHIEF ISAAC ADEPOJU,email:privateclients.fmf.nig@jmail.co.za only for 
your processing fee and he will transfer your contract fund to you immediately. No other charges 
except the processing fee. Your PASSCODE is: 999-035-2655 ( Fund Transfer confirmation same day).
 

You have no other payment to make except the processing fee. Your Payment will be through 
Electronic Telegraphic Transfer.  This is newly introduced system of payment by the CENTRAL BANK OF 
NIGERIA and FEDERAL MINISTRY OF FINANCE to avoid experiences of incessant fraud, illegal extortion 
of money from Contractors and to enhance transparency. WHEN YOUR FUND IS TRANSMITTED, THE  
PAYMASTER GENERAL/DIRECTOR FORIEGN CREDIT DEPT WILL INFORM YOU AND YOU WOULD APPLY THE PASSCODE AS 
DIRECTED AND INSTANTLY, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE CREDITED AND BE MOVED TO YOUR BANK. 
 

You will only apply the passcode when you have paid your processing fee because for now, it is 
still invalid until your fund is transmitted.
 

You can try the guideline as instance: * With your digital phone dial our bank access code: 
23414619040 followed by *101*, then enter your Account number followed by #, at a voice prompt 
enter your passcode and # and you will be credited. (This will be when your fund has been 
transmitted) BUT TRY IT NOW. Contact me if there is any delay from the so called gentleman 
incharge. Any other contact or payment you make apart from the processing fee is at your own risk.
 

Be informed that so many unauthorized individuals do parade themselves as our officials and impose 
bogus bills on our contractors with their syndicates home and abroad. Take precautionary measure 
henceforth. You have been notified.


Subsequently we have received a sudden application for change of your bank account by some person 
{s} stating that you are dead and that they are your next of kin, with a new bank account which has 
been processed and approved by the foreign credit unit of the Central Bank of Nigeria, but Hon. 
Minister of Finance, has refused to honor this application and insisted that your fund will be 
transferred to the account provided by you before your sudden death.


We write to enquire about the sincerity of this application made by your claimed next of kin, for 
this nascent democratic government will not be held responsible for any wrongful transfer of your 
fund. You are therefore required to contact to Hon. Minister of Finance  DR. SHAMSUDDEEN USMAN 
(OFR) on his presidential approved Tel: 234-80-621 56 990 under 48hrs to ascertain the authenticity 
of this application, if you are still alive.


Moreso, be informed that  any delay in reaction to this letter, we would assume that  the claims by 
your local representatives are true and as such  be given appropriate  required attention by  these 
people.
