An Email with the Subject "YOUR ASSISTANCE IS NEEDED URGENTLY,," was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Fri, 24 Aug 2007 15:19:37 -0700 and has been classified as a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam Email. The sender shows as RICARDO KAHLE <mohammedyusuf@sify.com>.
The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.
THIS EMAIL IS TO YOUR ATTENTION:
First, I must solicit your confidence in this transaction; this is by virtue of its nature as being
utterly confidential and top secret. Though i know that a transaction of this magnitude will make
any one apprehensive and worried,
But I am assuring you that this is not a scam or either a joke as I’m aware that there are
several scam going on the internet ,I wish I have your residing mailing address I could have mail
you rather than this media.
I have decided to contact you due to the urgency of this transaction. My name is RICARDO KAHLE an
adopted son to the late KURT D. KAHLE. I came to know of you in my private search for a reliable
and reputable person to handle this confidential Transaction, which involves funds that was
deposited by my late parent.
My late parents are foreigner here in Abidjan, MR KURT D. KAHLE an oil merchant/contractor with the
shell petroleum here in Abidjan, he was ill and he went for a medicinal check up in London then he
got involved in a ghastly air crash. He has a deposit with the save keeping department with the
AFRICA DISBURSEMENT BANK to the value of ₤18.5m (EIGHTEEN MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND BRITISH
POUNDS}. Which the bank now unquestionably expects it to be claimed by close next-of-kin to the
late beneficiary and because of the controversy surrounding my adoption which has made it difficult
for the bank to release ownership of the funds to me and because of injustice and the part the
family member to my late parents played immediately after their death in united kingdom.
Hence there is no one that knows about these deposit outside me as I found the documentation
regarding to these deposit with the AFRICA DISBURSEMENT BANK IVORY COAST, I have visited the bank
as they are aware of my problems and I was able to establish my confident in the bank who advice me
privately that concerning my age that no bank can release such funds to me that I should seek for
an assistance outside so I can have someone to represent me to claim the funds. So this is my
purpose of seeking for your assistance.
And also I was inform by my confident in the bank that after 30 DAYS that if I could not present
any one then the management under the influence of the chairman and member of the board of
directors of ADB , said that the deposit should be declared as un-claimable " until the
next-of-kin of late MR KURT D. KAHLE comes to claim the funds, my interest of writing you is
because I believe you can be of help to me that is why i contacted you, my confident in the bank
and as an account officer to my late parents and i now seek your permission to have you to stand
as the next-of-kin towards these issue.
All the necessary information regarding the deposit will be given to you as soon as I receive your
honest response of an acceptance in assisting me and also I want you to understand that there are
