An Email with the Subject "Notification of Limited Account Access" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Tue, 26 Dec 2006 14:37:09 -0800 and has been classified as a Generic Scam Email. The sender shows as "Paypal Inc." <support@paypal.com>.

The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.

Dear Paypal valued customer,

During our regularly schedule account maintenance and verification we have detected a slight error in your billing information on file with PayPal.

This might be due to either following reasons:

- A recent change in your personal information (i.e. change of address)

- An inability to accurately verify your selected option of payment due an internal error within our processors.


However if you are the rightful holder of the account, click on the link below and submit, as we try to verify your account.

The log in attempt was made from:

IP address: 89.30.51.124
ISP host: 89.30.51.124.drmnet.org

If this is not completed by December 22, 2006, we reserve the right to terminate all privileges of your account indefinitly, as it may have been used for fraudulent purposes.

If you choose to ignore our request, you leave us no choice but to temporally suspend your account.
