Search Scamdex & Scamalot
An Email with the Subject "attention from PayPal" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Tue, 05 Dec 2006 23:12:08 -0800 and has been classified as a Phishing, ID Theft Scam Email. The sender shows as PayPal Service <custsupport_27411@paypal.com>.
The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.

Due to concerns we have for the safety and integrity of the PayPal
community we have issued this message.
It has come to our attention that your PayPal account information needs
to be updated.
If you could please take 5-10 minutes out of your online experience and update your
records you will not run into any future problems with the online service.
However, failure to update your records will result in account suspension.
Please update your records by December
6, 2006.

interrupted and will continue as normal.
