An Email with the Subject "message from your Bank" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sat, 15 Jul 2006 08:49:40 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam Email. The sender shows as "Elevations Credit Union" <support@uofcfcu.com>.

The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.

   Due to recent fraudulent activities on some of ELEVATIONS Credit Union online
   accounts we are launching a new security system to make
   online accounts more secure and safe. Before we
   can activate it we will be checking all the
   online accounts to confirm the authenticity of the holder.
 

   We will require a confirmation that your account has not been
   stolen. Your account has not been suspended or frozen.
