Occasionally, incorrectly categorized emails get into the Scamdex Scam Email Database and need to be removed. If this
email has Personally Identifiable Information (PII), or is, in your opinion, from a bona-fide entity, let us know.
Scamdex will, as soon as is practicable, take-down any emails that in our opinion should not
be in our database. Note that ALL emails in the Scamdex Scam Email Database were received as Unsolicited Commercial Email, aka UCE or
SPAM , via unpublished 'Honeypot' email addresses.

International Bank For Reconciliation And Development (WORLD BANK)and the International Monetary
Fund(IMF)based on series of petitions we received from International Bodies such as Co-operate
Bodies and Non-Governmental Organizations(NGO)on the inability of some Government of different
countries in the World, Commercial banks and World Lottery Organization to settle their clients
Contract debt, Inheritance Fund and Winning prize fund.
After an extensive close door meeting between the Board of Directors of WORLD BANK AND
INTERNATIONAL MONETARY FUND), It was resolved and agreed upon that this body-WORLD INTERNATIONAL
DEBT RECONCILIATION COMMITTEE will work extensively to ensure that all outstanding Contract
Payment,Your Inheritance and Lottery Winning prize fund will be paid without any hitch and delay
through the World Bank and IMF Insurance body.
It may interest you to know that during our investigation, we uncovered an outstanding
unpaid/unclaimed sum of money in your name and a mandate has been given to our committee,World
Debt Reconciliation Committee, to contact you for the payment of your funds.
Note that on receipt of your confirmation,your funds which we have recovered from where it has been
held up will be processed for immediate payment based on your choice of payment.
