An Email with the Subject "GOLD OFFER" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sun, 28 Aug 2011 15:58:26 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam Email. The sender shows as "cisse maiga" <metalafric@rediffmail.com>.

The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.

Dear Sir,
My Name is Cissà  Maiga, we represent 7 mining communities in Mali, and have a small scale mining company and we are now trying to raise fund to expand our concession.
I mean we have reduced the cost of our Gold as compared to the world market because we need some money to buy more equipment.
We have a peace of land full of gold that even the main reason why we have to reduce our price to low rate. This is just an offer so I am asking if you are interested, we will do everything necessary so that we can supply to your destination.
We will like to know if you will be edge to come down to Bamako Mali for inspection and after the assay test and you are satisfied we assist you to ship to gold to your final destination.

 Our price are negotiable, and now we have 250kgs of gold now in stock , of 22 carat plus.
