This Email with the Subject "BUSINESS PROPOSAL LETTER." was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sat, 06 Aug 2011 16:53:18 -0700 and has been classified a s a Generic Scam Email. The sender shows as "Dr.Abdul Rahim" <dr_abrahim@sify.com>.< /p>

The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purpos es.

I am Dr.Abdul Rahim, special adviser to the president (Moammar Gadhafi) on external affairs.I was directly put incharge over the, USD$75 Million united states Dollars, approved by the president, to equip his security to enable him remain in office. As it stands now, it is likely the president is going to lose the war despite that he is trying his best to go back to government sit.

Since last month I was sent on this mission to seal the deal, and approve the payment to any favoured firm, I refuse to go back to Libya, because I know that the united nation will arrest the president any moment from now.
