The Office of the Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice makes justice accessible to 
all and ensures that all verified claims for unpaid Inheritance money are dealt with in an 
efficient manner consistent with the ideals of democracy and the rule of law in order to promote 
economic growth as set forth in the Inheritance Payment Regulations.
In view of the above, several petitions were filed through the Office of the Lord Chancellor 
against delays and frustrations in payment of inheritance Funds; On September 7, 2010, in a class 
action lawsuit, the Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice ruled on the part of 
beneficiaries that the concerned agencies must settle all unpaid inheritance fund claims.

As a result of that decision, The Office of the Superintendent of Abandoned Funds in providing 
banking and administration service wishes to inform you that we have received authentications and 
identifications of the owners of abandoned funds which were left unclaimed. And following the final 
conclusion of investigations with a clean bill of findings, your name was short-listed as one of 
the beneficiaries. You are entitled to a total sum of 5,157,000 USD (Five Million, One Hundred and 
Fifty Seven Thousand US Dollars only).
This payment will be processed in your favour on Draft No. 1027673 “to be Drawn under [BARCLAYS 
BANK] on Swift No FIN549 CUSTOMER CREDIT” through the Fiscal Office of Abandoned Funds.
Our responsibility is to ensure that due process is followed and your interest protected in the 
processing and release of your inheritance.
You are advised to reconfirm your details as follows to enable us verify the information we have in 
our file to tally with your payment information with the Office of the Lord Chancellor and
