claim the deposit, I hereby ask for your cooperation in using your name as the next of kin to the 
beneficiary to send these funds out to a foreign offshore bank a/c in your country.

What is required of you is only to send an application letter to the Bank director with information 
I will provide to you officially. Laying claims, and transfer of the deposit funds as next of kin
