Occasionally, incorrectly categorized emails get into the Scamdex Scam Email Database and need to be removed. If this
email has Personally Identifiable Information (PII), or is, in your opinion, from a bona-fide entity, let us know.

market and monitoring group.This body is a united nations and world bank,supervised financial
institution,for third world countries.We are mandated with financing and supervising developmental
projects in third world oil producing and designated countries. I guess this mail will come to you
as a surprise, I believe it's God's direction, the fact is that you and two other people where the
result of my search for a foreign contact.
It became imperative to contact you as we have a proposal which would be of a beneficial nature
mutually,if properly understood and pursued with sincerity.My colleagues have mandated me to see
this proposal through if as promised i can get a sincere partner to asist for a consideration.The
partner must be able to guarantee that no party would be shortchanged at the end of this
venture,and must be well to do so that greed does not come into play,as a lot of funds are involved
here.Hence the reason for this mail. We shall be transferring the money to your account with you as
the beneficiary, under the guise that you are been contracted to eradicate tuberculosis and cholera
in HAITI.
My committee in the (I.C.M.G) is responsible for the management of and disbursement of capital
project funds,which accrues from oil sales excess reserves and grants.The revenue under our control
runs into several hundred of millions of dollars monthly. Myself and other colleagues in the
I.C.M.G. are currently in need of a foreign partner with whose bank account we shall transfer the
sum of ($45.7M). This fundS ARE IN A DEDICATED ESCROW ACCOUNT WHICH IS NOT UNDER SUPERVISION OR
MONITORING BY THE WORLD BODIES.
However, even though we are well trained in the management and transfer of funds we are in a fix
over this as we do not have the wherewithal to do this on our own due to certain limitations.This
is why you had to come in, for a renumeration,which will be discussed once you have accepted this
proposal.

proposal with regards to our disposition to continue with you, is hinged on these terms. Firstly,
our conviction of your transparency, Secondly that you regard this proposal with all the
seriousness it deserves,without us ever fearing that we will be betrayed or letdown once funds are
in your immediate control.Note that we are expert practitioners in funds management and we have the
blueprint to see to the conclusion of this venture legitimately.Thirdly your account must be able
to accomodate the funds without hitch.
