Dear Sir/Madam

I hope this mail will reach you in the best of health and business
conditions to receive the most desired attention from you even though we
have not had any previous correspondence before.
Please bear with me if I bother you with the lengthy text of this
letter. It is intended to solicit your kindness towards facilitating a
transaction that will benefit both you and I, if only you are willing to
cooperate with me in the process.

MY VISION
I am a mechanical engineer with the Pipeline and Products Marketing
Company (PPMC) attached basically to field operations were I have worked
for 23 years. Recently, precisely last year 2006, the corporation went
through privatization process- that is selling parts of the corporation to
some multi-national companies. To make the proposed sections of the
corporation fit for privatization, a major overhaul was carried out. This
saw us embarking on a complete overhauling of the entire petroleum
refining and conveying systems. For your information, we are involved in
the transportation of petroleum products from drill sites to storage
depots, from depot to depot and from one country to another (within
neighboring states).

These overhauling contracts were awarded to a Chinese and a Danish firm.
Due to the urgency needed for the job completion, we advised them (Chinese
and the Danish company)to sub- let the contracts to other firm of their
choice also of our choice ,thus this could be the division of labour to
meet up with the completion date of 26th NOVEMBER,2007.

MY INTENSIONS
Contract payments funds were in most cases paid to the sub contractors in
any event where the job sub-let is duly completed, not necessarily passing
through the parent or major firms as long as there is evidence of the job
award certificate and the job completion certificates. The contracts were
partly funded by an International consortium and a bank. My intention is
to present your company, as one of the sub contractors to receive payment.

Thus if you have a company , I could raise the contract award and contract
completion ertificates with other relevant documents and have them sent to
you, these in addition to a formal application as required would be
tendered before the contract awarding and monitoring authority in the
country where the contract emanated.

Right now we are in some West African sub-regions ( Republic of Benin ,
Togo , and Ghana ). A payment voucher would then be raised in your
company's name and have some amount accruable wired to your company's
account for our own use subsequently so that we can share.

To accomplish the transaction I would require the following information
from you:
1. COMPANY NAME & ADDRESS:
2. PHONE & FAX NUMBERS:

On receipt of this information, we shall present your Company Name as one
of the sub- let contractors which project has been duly completed and now
due for payment.

TIME DURATIONS: From the date of submissions of information and
applications, A period of 3weeks or 18working days will be used for the
first batch of funds to be remitted into your company's account. I would
like to receive an acknowledgement of this letter from you through my
email box as stated here: alfred_1@boardermail.com.

Do understand that all correspondence shall be by email for now, reason
being that I am presently in the Field around the sea shore of Togo and
Benin , so no means of phone or fax communication except email. There
is no gain saying that this proposal is devoid of confidentiality. Please
endeavor to keep to your chest until we accomplish the desired objectives.
And it does not matter what you produce or what you do in your company,
because of our master plans. No risk involved.

Please respond as soon as possible.
Thanking you in anticipation of your understanding and co-operation.

Best regards,

Engr. BEN JERRY ALFRED.(PPMC)
