This Email with the Subject "FROM THE DESK OF MR LATEFE" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Mon, 03 Jul 2006 11:25:28 -0700 and has been classified a s a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam Email. The sender shows as "mr latefe" <mr_latefe44@hotmail.com>.< /p>

The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purpos es.

     The Banking law and guideline here stipulates that if such money 
remained unclamed after four years, the money will be transfered into the 
Bank treasury as unclaime fund.


The request of foreigner as next of kin in this business is occasioned by
