I am Dr.dr andersom williams,Solicitor. I am the Personal
Attorney to ENGR.THOMAS RICE a national of United State of
America, who used to work with shell/oil Development
Company in London as the chief Engineer. On the 2nd of may
1999, my client, his wife And their
three children were involved in a car accident along
Cardiff Express Road. All occupants of the vehicle
unfortunately lost their lives. Since then I have made
several enquiries to their embassy to locate any of my
clients extended relatives, this has also proved

account valued at about 3 million dollars has issued me a
notice today to provide the next of kin or have the account
confiscated within the next ten official working days.Since
i have been unsuccessful in locating the
relatives for over 4 years now I seek your consent to
present you as the next of kin of the deceased, so that the
proceeds of this account valued at $3 million dollars can
be paid to your account For your assistance, you shall be
compensated with 20% of the fund while 5% should be for
expenses or tax as your government may require.
