I monitor office and control the affairs of all bank and financial institutions in Nigeria. Concerned with internal contract payment to foreign beneficiaries. As a signatory to all such payment/Transfer at all levels in line to contract settlement acts. I could subdue unclaimed deposits amount, ghost accounts and over invoiced sum etc. Which are due to be transferred to nominated accounts. With me, is one of such contract payment file, which I hope I could have a deal with you as regards the unpaid funds.As it is my duty and responsibility to reconment the transfer of these surplus funds to the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TREASURY AND RESERVE ACCOUNTS as unclaimed deposits. For internally executed contracts. I have the opportunity to write you based on the instruction I received this week from the SENATE COMMITTEE ON CONTRACT PAYMENT/ INTERNAL DEBTS, to submit the List of payment report expendictures and audited report of revenues. Among several other, I have decided to remit to the sums of USD $2.3 Million (TWO MILLION THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND US DOLLARS) and USD $1.27 Million (ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED AND SEVENTY THOUSAND US DOLLARS) following the idea that we have a deal/agreement and I am going to perfect the paper work legally as the head of the internal board legal auditors. MY CONDITIONS 1) That you have to provide a secured account where these funds will be transferred to. 2) That their should be no third parties as most problems associated with such appeal are caused by agent or representatives so it should be strictly between us. If you AGREE with my condition reply me with immediate responed to my mail, I will advise you on what is expected of you. Which will be followed immediately with the transfer without further delay. As I will proceed to fix, data and append your names on the payment documents. And schedule it instantly within the next five working days.
