An Email with the Subject "listed as a beneficiary" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sun, 18 Jan 2009 09:36:55 -0500 and has been classified as a Generic Scam Email. The sender shows as "Stephen Scott" <info@scott.com>.
The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.
THIS IS FOR YOUR ATTENTION I wish to notify you again that you were listed as a beneficiary to the total sum of £15,600,000.00GBP (Fifteen million Six hundred thousand British pounds)in the codicil and last testament of the deceased. (Name now withheld since this is our second letter to you).I contacted you because you bear the surname identity and therefore can present you as the beneficiary to the inheritance. I therefore reckoned that you can receive these funds as you are qualified by your name identity. All the legal papers will be processed in your acceptance.
