after all intensive investigations, i find out that no body has ever applied for claim or the released this fund. it is upon this that i now use this opportunity to contact you as to apply to our bank as a business associate to the deceased customer mr martin j. hillenbrand for the claim of this fund. i have also gathered all information about this fund, all relevant documents concerning this fund is now with me, i have taken them out of the reach of other directors.
 
 If you accept my proposal as a foreign partner for the money to be transfer into your account, you are entitle to 30% of the total fund while 70% will be for me and my assistant.
