An Email with the Subject "Good Day" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Tue, 01 Jul 2008 13:44:12 -0400 and has been classified as a Generic Scam Email. The sender shows as "Mr. Osman Marah" <osman_marah@ymail.com>.
The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.
Dear Confidant, I am Mr.Osman Marah, I am contacting you concerning a deceased customer and an investment he placed under our banks management three years ago. I Would respectfully request that you keep the contents of this mail confidential and respect the integrity of the information you come by as a result of this mail. I undertook all the processes and made sure I followed his precise instructions to the letter and had the funds deposited with the security firm. The Security Firm is a specialist private firm that accepts deposits from high net worth individuals and blue chip corporations. http://www.brinkscompany.com/ In line with instructions, the money was deposited with the security firm in Holland.
