Dear Sir,

I apologize for sending you this mail that might come to you as
surprise. I would like to start by introducing myself: My name is
Mr James Owen , Personal financial consultant to late Mr.Richard
A.Eich, a building contractor who lived and worked here in the United
Kingdom.

Please, read very carefully, on the 25th of July 2000, my client, his
wife and their only daughter were involved in the Air France concord
990 plane that crashed on the Hotelissimo. For more information about
this particular crash, visit
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/europe/859479.stm My client was a
successful and an accomplished business man, who made enough fortune
before his untimely death.

He left behind a large deposit involving USD12,000,000.00 (Twelve
Million U.S Dollars) in one of the local security firms here in
London. I was recently contacted to provide them with a relative who
would claim the consignment on the deceased behalf since his entire
family perished with him in the crash leaving no one behind estate.
Though I was Mr. Richard's business consultant and have good idea
about the said deposit, I have no legal right to claim it.

I have made several inquiries on my own to locate his next of kin but
all has proved abortive. I even contacted the U.S Embassy but to no
success. I am now saddled with the responsibility of looking for a
foreign business partner whom I would confidently present as the next
of kin of the deceased in order to claim the consignment. If
unclaimed, we might stand the risk of forfeiting the consignment to
the British government as abandoned funds. By virtue of my closeness
to the deceased and his family, I have decided to contact you with the
offer to join me in claiming the consignment.

I therefore as a matter of urgency seek your consent to present you
as the Next of Kin to late Mr. Richard A Eich. I have all the required
information and shall assemble all the necessary Legal documents that
will be used to facilitate the claim. I guarantee that this will be
executed under a legitimate arrangement that will protect you from any
breach of the law. Trust me, as the personal aid and confidant of late
Richard A Eich; I am assuring that this will be a risk-free business
transaction that you will not regret.

For confidential reasons, Please feel free to contact me on the
following E-mail address and telephone number:jamesowen46@ymail.com,
Tel: 0044 7930 127 140. I will be glad to answer your questions.

My kind regards,
Mr James Owen
