An Email with the Subject "Funds Notification." was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Thu, 12 Aug 2010 12:12:29 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam Email. The sender shows as Mrs.Susan Patrick <susanp@w.cn>.
The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.
Dear Customer,I wish to congratulate and inform you that after reviewing of your funds transfer release documents with Midwest Financial Bank,the International Monetary Fund assessment report,your payment file was forwarded to my table for immediate transfer of your funds into your nominated bank account from their offshore account with us . The Audit reports given to me shows that you have been going through hard times by paying a lot of money for release of your funds,which has been delayed by some dubious officials,I therefore advice that you stop further communication with any correspondence outside this bank. Should you follow my directives,your funds will be credited and reflect in your nominated bank account within 24hrs,I wait your urgent response so that i can give you further details on the next step.
