Search Scamdex & Scamalot
An Email with the Subject "Urgent please!" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Fri, 06 Aug 2010 18:56:52 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam Email. The sender shows as "Thomas Cole"<thomasxcole@rediffmail.com>.
The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.
Hello Due to the financial melt down, I have decided to propose to you in a new partnership worth five million dollars, which will immensely benefit both of us. As a financial adviser to a finance institution, I have sat on an unclaimed funds for over 9 years, and I have done all the research but there is no beneficiary or next of kin to the funds, as the rightful beneficiary passed away. Your part would be to receive the funds as the beneficiary while i work out you through the procedure. I have also spoken to a lawyer who can get this done for us legally.
