FROM: ADVOCATE EYONI BEN
Dear Sir,
My name is Advocate Eyoni Ben, a personal and long time attorney to late Mr. Joe Modise, the first defense minister of south Africa (1994-1999) under president Nelson Mandela, he died of cancer on Monday 26th Nov 2001.Since after his death his âWILLâhas not be executed, due to the ages of his daughters . As a matter of fact I have been given the mandate by his family to administer his âWILLâ by this June 2010. During his tenure as a minister he established many private business empires overseas and here in South Africa and he was also involved in the notorious arms procurement deal that worth R2.5billion in 1995, that even landed the current president of the republic to court for his involvement then, as the case may be he has many assets (estates) here in South Africa and overseas which I have been managing up to date.
Before his death his family is aware that he had foreign partners who represented his business interest/deals overseas. And it will be assumed that he âWILLEDâ 15% of his total cash bank deposit to one of them. It is on record that he has a cash deposit of $180m (one hundred and eighty million united states of America dollars) excluding accumulated interest since 1998.As my client is no longer alive, I doubt the possibility of his family members to compensate me reasonably since he could not fulfill his promise before his sudden death, I have decided to alter(amend) the "WILL" and include you as his foreign partner that should be entitle to the 15% if you agree with me, since I am the only privy to the content of the âWILLâ. This is to accommodate my interest.
I know this is against the ethics of my profession, but considering the fact that he left so much that can last his family even to the next generation and my loyalty to him and also the risk I took in moving out much of his money out of the country and my involvement in many of his undisclosed business deals while in government, I stand to be adequately compensated But nobody will remember all that since he is dead.
All I require of you is to stand as the foreign partner and the 15 %( $27m) dollars will be paid into your account and thereafter I will compensate you adequately and the percentage of your compensation is open for discussion between you and I if you agree to partner with me on this deal. Or we can invest it in a joint profitable business that you will scout for, though we will discuss that in details.
As a renowned solicitor I shall procure all relevant documents that will prove the legitimacy of the fund and the transfer, Please âNOTEâ that there is no risk involved.
Please indicate your interest in this regard by responding via email adv.eyoniben@gmail.com Do also remember the confidential nature of this business in other not to tarnish my long time built reputation in the legal profession in my country. I shall be looking forward to hearing from you. And I will give you more details about myself.
If you find this deal interestingâ please do not hesitate to contact me with the below stated telephone number or email address to enable us discuss your compensation and the way forward.
