An Email with the Subject "NOTIFICATION OF CREDIT FROM BANK OF AMERICA" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Mon, 19 Jul 2010 13:21:06 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam Email. The sender shows as "Mr michael bendickson"<john2277@yahoo.com>.
The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.
NOTIFICATION OF CREDIT FROM BANK OF AMERICA
We have this day Junly 18th 2010, received a payment credit instruction from Ben S.
Bernanke Chairman Federal Reserve Bank New York under the instruction of the United Nations and
World bank to credit your account with your compensation funds allocated in your name to the tune
