This Email with the Subject "RE: ASSISTANCE PLEASE" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Fri, 21 Jul 2017 02:36:37 -0400 and has been classified a s a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam Email. The sender shows as "Jian Yang"<jy@investors.com>.< /p>

The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purpos es.

Dear Prospective Partner,

I am contacting you regarding transaction linked with Mr. Chen Shui-bian the former President of 
Taiwan. My name is Jian Yang, my friend Mr. Chen Shui-bian has presented a subtle offer which will 
need the help of a partner like you to complete successfully. Mr. Chen Shui-bian is in a difficult 
situation and he must immediately relocate certain sums of money. More so, this must be done in 
such a way that it must not be tied to Mr. Chen Shui-bian. The sum is currently deposited in the
