An Email with the Subject "We need to hear from you" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Fri, 24 Feb 2017 12:06:27 -0500 and has been classified as a Generic Scam Email. The sender shows as PayPal <paypal@confirmation.com>.

The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.

Dear Valued Customer,

Your account is currently limited. Please take a few minutes
out of your online experience to know why we have limited
your account.

Logs in our security system indicates that someone was trying
to access your personal account without your consent. Furthermore, to prevent any
unauthorized activity, we decided to limit your account until
we can hear from you.

What you can't do when your account is Limited:

PayPal will prevent you from sending, receiving, or in rare-cases,
withdrawing money from your account. This adds another layer
of security applied to protect you and your account.

How to lift Account Limitations?

We have sent a form for you to go through, it will confirm
your identity with us. Please open the attached file in your
browser and complete the form.

After submitting the form, our dedicated security team shall then
examine your information and lift the limitations after your
account is verified.
