Search Scamdex & Scamalot
An Email with the Subject "PayPal Account Notification" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Wed, 23 Nov 2016 09:58:38 -0500 and has been classified as a Generic Scam Email. The sender shows as PayPal Security Team <clients@analysis.com>.
The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.
In order to prevent any unauthorized activity from your account, PayPal has limited the access to your account. Based on our monitoring system, we have seen suspicious activity coming from your account. The logs indicates that an unauthorized person tried to use your account without your permission. To ensure your protection, we have disabled a few features such as sending, receiving, and withdrawing money from the account. We need to hear from you before we're able to remove these limitations. Please complete the form that we have provided, you may simply download the attached file to do that. After we have reviewed your information, we can then proceed to lifting the limitations, and restore your account back to normal. We apologize for any inconvenience. Notified by PayPal Security Team
