An Email with the Subject "PayPal Account Notification" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Tue, 06 Sep 2016 02:44:07 -0400 and has been classified as a Generic Scam Email. The sender shows as PayPal Security Team <security@secure.com>.

The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.

Access to your account is limited.

Please take a few minutes out of your online experience
to know why PayPal had to limit your account and know how
you are able to immediately restore your access back to normal.

Unfortunately, PayPal monitored a number of suspicious activities
with your account. We think that someone
was trying to use your account without your permission.
So we have currently limited your account to ensure your
safety and add security measures to your account.

For now, these limitations will prevent you from
completing certain actions with your account, such as
withdrawing, spending, or receiving money. This is applied
to prevent further unauthorized activity.

How to remove the limitations:

We need to hear from you. We have sent a form
for you to complete, please open the attached file
in this email in your web browser. After our security team reviewed
your information, we can then lift the limitations
from your account.
