Your account is facing temporary limitations. Please take a few minutes out of your online experience to know why our security team had to limit your personal account and know how you are able to immediately restore your access back normally. Unfortunately, our security system detected a couple of suspicious activities with your account. We have reason to believe that someone may have tried to use your account without your permission. So we have currently limited your account to ensure your safety and increase security measures to your account. For now, these limitations will prevent you from doing certain actions in your account, such as spending, withdrawing, or receiving money. This is applied to block unauthorized activity. How to lift the limitations: We need to hear from you. We have sent a form for you to complete, please open the attachment in this email in your web browser. After we have reviewed your information, we can then lift the limitations from your PayPal account. We apologize for the inconvenience. Sincerely, PayPal Security Team
