This Email with the Subject "It is a great pleasure to announce to you that our new electedpresident is compensating you with the sum of US$800,000.00" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Tue, 21 Jun 2016 13:02:57 -0400 and has been classified as a Generic Scam Email. The sender shows as "Ministry of Economy and Finance (Benin)" <www.minister.@ivy.ocn.ne.jp>, although that address was probably spoofed. We recommend that you do not attempt to contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.
