Dear PayPal member,
During our maintenance cycle we have found that your account has been involved lately in some fraudulous activities. It has been accessed from a foreign ip address[ 172.180.141.43 Germany ] that doesnt conclude with the address on which your account has been logged in last time. You will now be taken through a series of identity verification pages. If you don`t access the link within 24 hour to complete all the verification  steps your paypal account will be permanently suspended.   https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_security-center-outside   Protecting the security of your paypal account is our primary concern, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Sincerely,
PayPal
