Wills/Probate Scam
+1 Unclaimed millions in US will for someone with my last name
Mr. Gabriel Williams
Email Address:
No proper letterhead, typos, errors using the English language. the scammer claims to have run across the name in the letter while going through an old file. "...I would like to seek your assistance in repatriating of those funds, using your name as beneficiary to this unclaimed fund, because I believe you one of his extended relatives, and you bear the same name with my late client." And so on. The letter uses almost identical language to that recorded by others on this site. The address it supposedly came from is 200 E. Van Trees Street, suite 220, Washington, IN 47501
Follow Ups/Extra Information. Most recent is listed first.
Was notified by mail I might be the beneficiary of an unclaimed fixed deposit of US $3.8 million. He had no will. He lived in U.K. But was a Canadian citizen who died "a few years ago".

Since you’re here …
we have a small favour to ask. More people are visting Scamdex and Scamalot than ever but advertising revenues are falling fast and we have no 'product' to sell. And unlike many informational websites, we haven’t put up a paywall or membership barrier – we want to keep our site as open as we can. So you can see why we need to ask for your help. Scamdex/Scamalot websites takes a lot of time, money and hard work to keep running. We do this because we hate to see our fellow humans getting scammed out of their hard-earned money by low-lives.
