This person is a scam!!! They tried to rent a property at 3433 Royal Wood Rd Lexington Ky 40515 for $550 and $550 dep .. Too Cheap for the property . This person sent 3 "family" photos that were fake ! we came upon this website after putting in his phone number and found it was a true scam . We also searched http://qpublic9.qpublic.net/ky_fayette_display.php?county=ky_fayette&KEY=20010780 which is the Property Value Admin.

This person sent 3 "family" photos as proof of ownership for the property 3433 Royal Wood Rd Lexington KY 40515.. after getting on the PVA http://fayettepva.com/ . we found that Solid Properties was the true owner . after doing a phone search (901 205 9089) we found this scam website. They were trying to sale a property for $550 that was really worth $1000

Gave a false location and said we could rent the house.
