exploration in other parts of the world, however, because of certain 
regulations of the Madrid Local Government, it is unable to move these funds 
to another region. 

        You assistance is requested as a non-Spaininis citizen to assist the 
Spanish Repsol Petroleum Company, and also the La Caixa Bank, in moving 
these funds out of Spain. If the funds can be transferred to your name, in 
your  country account, then you can forward the funds as directed by the 
Spanish Repsol Oil Company, s.a.  In exchange for your accommodating 
services, the Spanish Repsol Petroleum Company would agree to allow you to 
retain 10%, or $ 2.550 Millions of this amount. 

        However, to be a legitimate transfer of these moneys according to 
Spanish Law, you must presently be your data of at least (A ) full name and

copy of your passport or driver license requested from a Spanish bank which 
is regulated by the La Caixa Bank with your full details For processing and
