As part of the upgrade, we have revised the Chase Online Electronic
Disclosure and Consent (now renamed the Online
Service E-sign Disclosure and Consent) and some of the online
user agreements you reviewed and accepted when you began banking
online. These updates will become effective on April
18, 2006.
You need to renew your Chase Online account to enjoy the new
features coming this year, however your renew of Chase Online
constitutes your agreement to the revised agreements.

provided to you will be deactivated and deleted if not renewed immediately.
